Why buy a 3G iPhone, when there are 4G phones available ?
This.
More importantly -- why get locked into a 2 year service agreement to a 3G iPhone when there are 4G phones available?
You might not need or want 4G/LTE right now, but why limit yourself when the NextBigThing might require a high-speed connection.

I don't make a living with Photoshop, but it is a pretty serious side activity of mine, and as I said before, for what it is, Photogene is perfectly adequate for the general iPad user.
Unless they can add color profiles, different colorspaces other than RGB (LAB, CMYK, et al.), Photoshop for professional use will never get off the ground on a device like this.
Not to say you should be able to do a complete workflow from import to print on a tablet device, which, at least for now, seems completely unrealistic -- but I would think pros need to be able to import, see colors in a reasonable approximation for proofing or showing to clients, and maybe make spot edits based on client feedback.
I honestly wasn't too thrilled with Photoshop Express, which is why when I saw Photogene, I was immediately impressed with is features.

Thanks goodness Apple aren't infringing Samsung's "GPS" system... I'd much prefer to use GPS quickly and accurately, without having to root a device... then run an app to correct things! :D

I know that this is out of left field but does anybody know if switiching from a 1400 family plan to a 700 family plan but still paying over $100 in monthly charges affect the yearly updgrade for the primary line.
I'm looking to downgrade as I have over 7000 roll over minutes and save $20.00 but I wouldn't be worth it if I lose my yearly upgrade.
You won't lose your upgrade eligibility. I changed mine and my upgrade date is still the same.

iChat phone? Who is using iChat?
Belkin has a already a nice looking Skype phone on the market and I'm tempted to buy it.
If Apple really wants to release an "instant-messaging-phone" they should keep the options for other messengers open. I believe.

666sheep is right.. RAM is the main cause of KP's. As he said take one out and try booting up. Keep taking one out at a time till you have just 1 left. Once the KP's stop you will know the stick you just took out is the culprit.
Data corruption is less likely but still possible.

In 5 years time, Kindle OS will have a greater market share than android I think.
Kindle will be using android for its OS before 5 years. You can bank on that. Why do you think amazon has their own android app store?
